We are so very fortunate to have availed ourselves of the fine services of Brandy at Happy Home Watch. Without question, she is the consummate professional. We have used other property services in the many years we have lived here and traveled away for periods of time and we can honestly say Brandy far exceeds any other experience by a mile! She is a great communicator, staying in touch throughout our time away, sending photos and weekly status updates. She is a person of absolute integrity. She is thorough and highly trustworthy. She definitely brings the highest level of responsibility and accountability to her job and is super knowledgeable about what it takes to do things right.  When we leave and turn our home over to her, we never have a moment of doubt that things will be handled properly, the way we would do it ourselves.

We hired Happy Home Watch AZ in January 2022 to oversee the installation of new windows for our second home in Scottsdale as we live out of town. We couldn’t have been more pleased with how professional Happy Home Watch was. Brandy was always on-site and in communication with the foreman and us, making sure everything was done as discussed. When the job was completed, a full report was sent to us, and our HOA along with photos.

With the trust we found in Happy Home Watch, we are now having Brandy watch over a plumbing repair and our yearly HVAC maintenance. We feel the fees that she charges are reasonable and a lot less expensive than us having to purchase airfare and deal with the issues.

We first recognized her attention to detail and cleanliness when we purchased her newly renovated Fountain Hills condo in October 2019. With the onset of Covid in 2020, we had to return to our home in Canada. Whenever anything required attention or repair, she contacted us promptly. She was always willing to look after the issue for us keeping us well informed as to what was needed to correct the situation. Brandy left the condo in immaculate condition. She continued to drop in on a weekly basis to check on things until we were able to return. We look forward to Brandy continuing to look after our home when we return to Canada this spring. We highly recommend her services!!

We met Brandy and Happy Home Watch AZ when our previous home watch was unable to assist us in overseeing a moving crew after our home was sold in Fountain Hills. We were unable to be present on our last moving day which was our biggest move day and my wife and I were quite nervous over it!  Brandy set our minds at ease right away!  We met Brandy on two occasions prior to that move date and she was thorough and professional in understanding what we needed.  When the move day came she oversaw the entire process and issued a thorough report out to us after it was complete. 

My wife and I realize this isn’t the “typical” service provided by a home watch professional nevertheless Brandy provided us a lifeline with her professionalism and calm demeanor during this move and we couldn’t thank her enough for a job well done!  We would not hesitate to recommend Brandy and Happy Home Watch AZ for any home watch services.  She is thorough, capable and professional- she connects with the homeowner and understands what they need from the home watch service.  Call Happy Home Watch AZ – you will be glad you did!
